creepy scribble: revamp

....creepiest thing EVER.

Inspired on a scribble I did about a month ago for the #GiveALlamaGetALlama event. [link]
Dunno why, just felt like making a detailed version for the lolz XD didn't completely like the antenna tho..with that shape, it looks like a freaking STREET LAMP.

Tried yet another drawing/coloring technique: starting from dark tones as a base and scaling my way up to bright tones, all in grayscale mode, then adding color. It's the complete opposite to how I used to draw, but I LOVED it! Color is much easier to achieve on a realistic way, and volume appears like it was magic.
I think this is the way I'll be making most of my deviations from now on :3

Inspirado en un dibujillo que hice hace como un mes para el evento de #GiveALlamaGetALlama event. [link]

Simplemente me dieron ganas de la nada de sacar una versión toda detallada xD

Probé una técnica nueva: empezar con los tonos más oscuros e ir subiendo hasta los claros, todo en grayscale, y después agregar el color. Es completamente el contrario de como suelo dibujar, así que batallé un poco al principio, pero me gustó muchísimo el resultado.
El volumen se logra como por arte de magia, y el color se porta de una manera bastante realista.

Creo que ésta será mi técnica favorita de ahora en adelante :3 siento que con ella me acerco un poquito más al estilo que me gustaría manejar.
